- This Privacy Policy sets out the policies and procedures for Jean Ho Skin and Laser Clinic Pte Ltd. and its affiliates and associated companies with respect to the collection, use and/or disclosure of information.
- This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to ensure it is consistent with our future developments, industry trends and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements. As and when the contents of the Privacy Policy are updated or amended, the changes will be uploaded into our mobile application and/or website. It is your duty to keep yourself updated as to the latest version of the Privacy Policy.
- This Privacy Policy supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents which you may have previously provided to us nor does it affect any rights that we may have at law in connection with the collection, use and/or disclosure of the information that we have received.

- In this Privacy Policy the following terms have the following meanings:
- The terms “JHSLC”, “us”, “we” or “our” shall refer to Jean Ho Skin and Laser Clinic Pte Ltd. and its affiliates and associated companies collectively.
- The terms “you”, “your” “yours” shall refer to an authorised user, patient and/or consumer who has legitimate reasons to use and continue to use our services, delivered via a mobile application or otherwise.
- Information shall refer to User Information, Patient Information and Online/mobile Information.
- User Information shall refer to information that enables and facilitates your use of our services. These information include: authorised user’s name, email and mobile number
- Patient Information shall refer to the following information you provide to us:
- the patient’s name, NRIC or passport or other identification number, address, telephone number, email address;
- medication(s) name, strengths, dosing regime and any other information specified in the prescription/order; and
- other medically relevant information submitted.
- Online/mobile Information shall refer to information collected and stored automatically as you use our services, delivered via a mobile application or otherwise. Depending on the hardware and software settings, these information include but are not limited to:
- the device or host information (such as operating system) which you used to access our services;
- the Internet domain, IP address, source country from which you access our services; and
- the date and time you access our services.
- In this Privacy Policy the following terms have the following meanings:
- Provision of Information
- By interacting with us and submitting Information to us, you agree and consent to JHSLC as well as our respective agents, authorised service providers and relevant third parties collecting, using, disclosing and/or sharing the received Information in the manner set forth in this Privacy Policy.
- You should ensure that all Information submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct. Failure on your part to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the products and services you have requested or process your order/request.

- when you submit Online/mobile Information as you use or interact with us via any of our services;

- to fulfill and manage your orders;

- to send administrative information to you for business/contractual purposes such as information on new product, service and feature or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies;
- to verify your identity;
- to initiate and/or enable business-to-consumer communication;
- to prevent, detect and investigate crime and analyse and manage commercial risks including conducting investigations relating to disputes, billing or fraud;
- to appropriately manage, conduct and oversee our business and operations (including but not limited to conducting audits, carrying out billing, improving our services);

- in connection with any claims, actions or proceedings (including but not limited to drafting and reviewing documents, transaction documentation, obtaining legal advice, and facilitating dispute resolution), and/or protecting and enforcing our contractual and legal rights and obligations; and

- In relation to particular products and services or in your interactions with us, we may also have specifically notified you of other purposes for which we collect, use or disclose such Information provided to us.
- Generally, JHSLC may collect, use and/or disclose Information provided to us for the following purposes:
- Disclosure of Information
- JHSLC will take reasonable steps to protect the Information against unauthorised disclosure. Subject to the provisions of any applicable law, such Information may be disclosed, for the purposes listed above (where applicable), to the following entities or parties, whether they are located overseas or in Singapore:
- JHSLC’s related corporations, affiliates and associated companies;
- any business partner, investor, assignee or transferee (actual or prospective) to facilitate business asset transactions (which may extend to any merger, acquisition or asset sale);
- anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties;

- A token or cookie is a programmatic element that identifies you as the user of our services when you log in using a user ID and password. Token and cookie are used by most mobile applications and websites, including those operated by JHSLC to facilitate a user’s ongoing access to and use of services. If you opt to deny our token or cookie, you may not be able to access and use our services.
- Mobile Permission
- We may request for access to specific features of your mobile device when you install and use our mobile applications. These requests shall be made explicitly when you first install our mobile applications and denying such requests may impede the mobile application in from providing you with the services in the manner it was intended. We will only request for permissions that are necessary. Specifically, we will request for permission to access to the device’s camera and the permission to send you push notifications.
- Links to Third Party Sites
- If you encounter links to external sites within our mobile applications or websites, we would like to remind you that these sites would have data protection and privacy practices that differ from ours. We are not responsible for the content and privacy practices of these other sites and encourage you to consult the privacy notices of these other sites.

- This privacy policy shall be governed in all respects by the law of Singapore.
